Daily 1.10.14

Worked Betta's 6:30-2:30
Still super sore but worked out at 3. 
Back squats
1x8 @ 70% (155lbs)
1x8 @ 75% (165lbs)
1x5 @ 80% (180lbs)
1x5 @ 85% (190lbs)
WOD
20 minute AMRAP
5 Power Cleans (145lbs)
10 TTB
15 Wall Balls (20lbs)
5 + 9 TTB
Showered and promptly fell asleep. 
Caitlin and I ate at Terry's Turf Club. 
It was amazing.
We swung by Remke on our way to Luke and Sarah's where we sat around the table and talked till 3am. Whoops!
